Tracking Numbers
After order is placed you will recieve a conformation email with a tracking number for your order.
WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address entered at checkout. The date and time you made the purchase, order number, and tracking number are available upon request for you to handle the matter further. You must file a claim with the carrier if a package is lost or stolen.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order is ordering an item of merchandise before it is available, with an understanding that it will be shipped later. If you order a pre-order item with a non pre-order item, they will be shipped out together. Please keep in mind that pre-orders take 2-4 weeks to be shipped out. Pre-orders are NON REFUNDABLE.
